Vacature

Voor de Studio zijn wij op zoek naar een freelance editor, met een sterk gevoel voor social. Iemand met uitstekende visuele skills, die in staat is de visie van onze klanten op een creatieve manier neer te zetten in vorm van TikToks, Stories, Reels en andere videocontent Je denkt creatief en inhoudelijk mee over de montages waarbij je het format en de wensen van de Creative moeiteloos kan vertalen naar een toffe edit.

Dit heb je nodig in je functie:

• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante en aantoonbare werkervaring heeft als editor in tv- en online content; jij kan eindmontages zelfstandig dragen;
• Je hebt ervaring in Adobe Première Pro, Photoshop en After Effects. 
• Je kunt video’s voorzien van vette 2d Animaties. Het is een pré als je ook 3d kunt animeren. 
• Je bent creatief en communicatief sterk en kunt vanuit de ogen van de kijker een montage opzetten

Dit zijn je verantwoordelijkheden: 

• Je kunt zelfstandig een project opzetten en weet goed een verhaallijn neer te leggen.
• Je weet wat de verschillende wensen/eisen zijn per social platform en houdt zelf rekening mee.
• Je durft je mening te geven en mensen tegen te spreken wanneer je ergens creatief gezien niet achter staat.
• Je denkt creatief en inhoudelijk mee over de montages waarbij je de wensen van de Creative moeiteloos kan vertalen naar een toffe edit.

Our creative studio works for brands such as Netflix, LG, Kwekkeboom, Vue Cinemas & various cinema films. We also produce content for our own internal projects. Our strengths lie in devising editorial content for brands and in knowing what’s going on in the Netherlands and coming up with relevant strategies, campaigns and daily content for brands and their target audience.

The Best Social Studio is part of The Best Social. Together with The Best Social Media and The Best Social Awards, we are the searchlight in the digital chaos. We reach more than 1.5 million people every week through our own social channels.

Job offer

For the Studio, we are looking for a freelance (video) editor with a strong sense of social media; someone with excellent visual skills, who is able to present the vision of our customers in a creative way, in the form of TikToks, Stories, Reels and other video content. You think along creatively and about the content and montage of the video so that you can effortlessly translate the format and wishes of the Creative into a cool edit.

This is what you’ll need for this position:

• Have at least 3 years of relevant and demonstrable work experience as an editor in TV and online content; you can independently carry out the editing to its final stage.
• You have experience in Adobe Première Pro, Photoshop and After Effects.
• Your skills include videos with cool 2D Animations. It is a plus if you can also do 3D animations.
• You are creative and communicative and can set up a montage from the viewer’s eyes.

These are your responsibilities:

• You can independently set up a project and know how to lay down a storyline.
• You know what the different wishes / requirements are per social platform and you take this into account yourself.
• You dare to give your opinion and contradict people when you do not support something from a creative point of view.
• You think creatively and substantively about a montage where you can effortlessly translate the wishes of the Creative into a cool edit.
